River Lea Water Fest

  • Waterdown Park Play Park Luton LU2 7HA United Kingdom (map)

The River Lea has long been at the heart of Luton, sustaining both people and wildlife. On Saturday 8th August, we'll be coming together to celebrate and honour the river through a community march, ceremony and festival.

Sacred Earth Activism is delighted to be supporting the day, joining many other local groups in recognising the importance of healthy, living rivers and the communities that care for them.

We'd love to see you there for a day of ceremony, music, crafts, conversation and celebration.

💙 Saturday 8th August
📍 March from St George's Square at 11.00 am (meet from 10.30 am)
🌿 Festival at Wardown Park from 12.00 pm

We hope you'll join us.
